My Draenei is very similar to yours then - her mindset is similar to the Night Elves, though I think I tried to ignore that part 'cause she was a Draenei, darn it, and that's all there is to it! Of the Alliance races, I think I am closest to the Night Elves the most, yet I cannot manage to get a Night Elf past level 21... perplexing.

Although a draenei priest, my main is very in tune with the night elf way of life. She rides a mistsaber, hangs out in the lush, green areas and maintains an efficient mindset. If I ever RP'd with her for realsies, she'd have been a younger girl when the Exodar crashed (12 or 13) and would have been adopted into a night elf family and would be 18 ish at the time of Mists, having been raised with the elves. I'd make it work!

I'm the same way with racial mounts - especially Dwarves and Tauren. They ALWAYS ride their racial mounts. I did make a break from tradition recently with my newest Tauren shaman - she rides the Spectral Windrider, but I felt that it matched nicely with her shamanism.

Also, thanks for being my first commenter :)

Rezznul was my first character, and I still miss the fact that he isn't Tauren. When I transferred to Medivh (and Waypoint), I decided to go Worgen instead of Night Elf.

I've considered race-changing Rezz to become a Nelf, but I find that the personality that Rezznul developed as a Tauren translated nicely to a Worgen. I'm able to have gentle, playful and thoughtful mindset. I can balance it easily when I have to get down to business and be serious, too.

I've found that I do differentiate my alts by having different preferences for each of them, based on race and class. That's why I rarely use the Charger when I ding 20. I'll still buy the racial mount until I get a mount that I think feels right.

The only thing I'll make sure I *always* have is Withers. Everyone needs a friendly tree as a friend!
